VRM is more than technology, applications, tools, platforms or systems, although they are essential to getting us closer to improving relationships between customers and vendors.
We will test, review and follow such tools and applications at VRM Labs. We will reach out to those who build them and give our opinion.
Here is a list of tools to start with. These are not ‘official’ VRM tools but some have a particular feature that is VRM, some are closer to VRM principles.

Tripit - parsing of transactional e-mails and allows users to manipulate some of their data

Sugarstats - allows those with diabetes to manage their blood sugar data online
Google Health - users can manage their health information online, stored by Google
Health Vault - users can manage their health information online, stored by Microsoft
chi.mp - users can manage their profile, contacts & content in one place and control who gets to see what
idlasso - a tool to manage individuals’ online identities by creating profile cards
Privacy Preference Service - Junk mail filtering tool
The Customer’s Voice - personal data architecture
The Trust Index - a survey to assess companies’ VRM credentials
Paoga - Junk mail filtering tool
Higgins R-cards - electronic identity cards that also carry information about relationship links
Identity Rights Agreements - a set of rules for vendors’ use of personal data
Ponoko & PonokoID - an online shop for individualized goods, where shoppers use ID to post requests for custom-made individualized goods.
Ryanair bargains - a feed generating widget for choice of destinations and prices
